Online order cancelled for what?

I ordered online and made payment via instant eft. After 3 days I get an email saying my order is cancelled. No reason and no refund. What is going on? This is the first time I have used the online service and it's very disappointing. No response from customer care. Please sort this out. I'm sure Makro doesn't want to be labelled a *****.
