Online order cancelled day 4 waiting for refund

Sunday 17/12/23 saw a sunbeam blender for R499 on the Makro online store. I purchased the item because I need it to make purée for my 5 month old baby and paid an extra R50 for courier.18/12/23 8am I received an sms telling me my order has been cancelled they will refund me . Why advertise an item when you don’t have it in stock? I’m still waiting for my refund my status has been on refund successful since Monday it is now Thursday and I still haven’t received my R550!!! Give me my money so that I can buy blender at another store so my baby must starve because of this?
