Online Order Cancelled and Refunda has still not come through MAK***
I made an online purchase at Makro and Order was not received 11 days later even after following up. I cancelled the order on the 14th November makro cancellation *** and refund has still not been received. I logged the cal center only to be provided another reference makro refund *** also told i can follow up with the store.
This is completeley unaccpetable to accept payment and not deliver plus also not provide a refund after cancellation. MAK***

12 Dec 2024, 14:47It is extremely disappointing that even after the response on Hellopeter and Multiple call to makro. This issue still has not been resolved and Makro is still earning interest on my refund. they are digging themselves out of a hole by holding on to customer items and funs
