Online order cancelled 😠

I placed an order on the 29 of Nov and as usual with the online order it a normal 2-5 working days to delivery. Yesterday I get and email saying my order has been cancelled due to no stock. And today I’ve sat on the phone for atleast 45min and no one has answered me. Now I have seen many complain about Makro online and to be honest I don’t think our issues will be sorted out. This is unacceptable service from one of my favourite retailers, but this is the new level of service we’ve come to expect in SA nowadays.
