Online order

I'm so disappointed with the service I got from Makro for what is worse it is my 1st time buying on Makro.....I bought a tv online on the 30th Of June then Sunday the 2nd of July I received a call from a delivery guy called Jarred asking my whereabouts saying He is leaving the store to deliver my TV. I waited and waited at home even calling him back the phone will ring but He didn't answer it. Then I called customer service also that guy didn't get hold of the courier guy. Monday I sent a complaint on Makro no response again up until I asked my husband to go and fetch my tv today the 04 July
