Online order

I ordered a ssd firecuda card for my son's birthday gift as he was complaining about storage on his Ps5 Consol ... Order item on 26 Aug via makro online for them to get back to me on 6 sep to just advise there no stock they will refund me... two days later they released the same product but at a higher price and now I must wait 2 weeks for my refund to process as I called them this morning there no complaints team you can speak to they just say that there policy you must wait for refund iv been waiting 2 weeks for the item now another 2 weeks for a refund it's my money I supply feel ********** and on hold because of makro I will rest assure you I will tell anyone I came across with my online experience through makro... I HATE THE EXPERIENCE YOU GAVE ME AS A CUSTOMER.
