Online order

I placed an order on 25 November and was promised delivery by 28 November. To date, I still have no delivery. After that initial promise, I received no communication at all.

The courier company ( Wumdrop ) told me they were unable to deliver my parcel because Makro had cancelled it—something Makro never communicated to me.

What makes this even worse is that Makro never informed me about the cancellation. I had to use my own time and money to follow up on an order they had already taken payment for.

This level of service is completely unacceptable. The lack of communication, transparency, and responsibility is extremely disappointing. I expected better.
