Online order AWOL!!!

Placed an online order with Makro on 13 April. Within 4 hours, received a notification that my order had been dispatched. On 17 April, I receive the invoice electronically with a message that my order has been successfully delivered, yet no order has been received. I call their contact centre and after being on hold for 10 minutes, am told that they will have to contact the courier company to establish what happened to the delivery and I should expect a 24 to 48 hour turnaround time. Whatever happened to Walmart's "Sunset Rule" whereby customer issues are to be resolved the same day before COB? Eish Massmart - Customer Service is non-existent!
