Online order at Makro is a ****

I ordered cast iron pots at Makro online and l received an email from Hlengiwe Ngcobo that l was going to receive my order on the 23thrd of November 2024 and l waited for it then today the 23rd lm checking my oders online only to find out it was cancelled imagine lm excited to be receiving the pots today only to be informed that it was cancelled had l not made a phone call l would not have known about the cancellation and now lm being told that it would take 7 -10 working days to refund so l should wait for so long again l don't think l can lm sorry l need refund today since u failed to provide what l odererd l can buy elsewhere please.Poor service online
