Online order

I placed an online order on the 29 May 2023, I am still waiting for items to be delivered. I have sent emails requesting feedback, got a reply saying my enquiry has been escalated and then nothing else and no response from Makro. Last week I requested a refund, I am still waiting for Makro to even acknowledge receipt of my email. What a useless bunch, Makro should stop offering online deliveries, they are clearly incapable of providing this service.
