Online order

Placed an order on the 14th August and I am still waiting on my Urn. Emailed numerous times, NO RESPONSE, NO FEEDBACK AND NO CALLS. This is pathetic! I see most reviews for this store is 1 star, you shouldn't even get 1 star. Surely someone in a higher position should see that something is wrong by not improving their services.
