Online Order *******

Placed an Online order on the 29th of September for Aquelle Water with a free aluminium bottle. Received the water but no free bottle. Called the call centre and they said I must deal with Strubensvalley store with Mbali. Called Strubensvalley and spoke to Manager and they said they will rectify the issue but nothing so far. I made over 5 calls, sent about 6 emails and I keep getting promised resolution but nothing. Most useless and pathetic service ever by everyone involved.
