Online Order

So I order a TV and PS4 Pro online yesterday(28/11/2017) early in the morning and selected collection thinking that I will be able to collect later that day. NOPE, you have the items in stock at the specific store. Why can I not go pick up the stuff I paid for? Wont be buying online again from you, thats for sure. And a refund will probably not happen in the same day so I can walk in and buy the stuff...

Hi, it would be great to go and pick up my stuff today, I am going to go there after work whether I received a SMS or not, but today I will get my stuff.
