Online Order
I have places an online order last week. The order has been paid for. I need to collect the order.
I don’t understand why it needs to take so long for me to get notified about when I can fetch my orders.
This is pathetic service !!!
It doesn’t seem like Makro SA cares for the absolutely disgusting customer service they provide based on all these complaints that come through , only to receive a generic response.
I need feedback ASAP on when I can get my orders. I am not interested in any of the excuses.
