Online Order - 2 weeks later and no assistance after payment

Online order placed ont he 11th of Jan 2024 ( order number MAK***) payment was made on your site ( EFT) as i have done so many times before . THis time however my status never updated and it stayed on awaiting payment . Thinking this happens ( technology) i called the only number one can find for makro . 7 emails , 18 phone calls and 2 weeks later , Phindilwe from your call centre is just blatantly ignoring my emails . Makro Silverlakes doesnt answer their phone , when i speak to your national call centre , they just keep saying they are escalating it . Can someone please have the decency to get this resolved !?!?!?!
