Bought 2 bottels of brandy online 4 months ago and received a lawnmover instead.After numerous emails matter hasnt been resolved. Then a courier was send to collect lawnmover without a waybill or any proof that i have send it back and now brandy. My agreement was brandy will be send and the lawnmover will be send back. Im not prepared to send lawnmover back without a waybill and my brandy. Very bad service and this after 4 months
