Online order

I hate writing bad reviews but makro did me dirty this time. I have made an order on the 29th October 2024. I was notified that it will be delivered on the 31st of October. On the 31st October 2024 the driver called to say he can’t deliver because the order is out of his route. They then rescheduled the delivery for the next day. Ever since the 31st I have been promised daily that the order will be delivered the next day. I am tired of doing follow ups with empty promises. I wanted to cancel my order but it says I cannot cancel because it is already packed. At this point I have wasted my time and airtime doing follow up and I am tired of tracking the order that doesn’t reach me. I always get a message that the order is out for delivery in the morning and later on they reschedule for the next day because it was out of the drivers route😭. I just want to cancel my order. It shows **** ho bapalwa ka nna😌
