I've ordered a washing machine on the 10th of March - no one is returning my calls and I have not received the machine up to now (18th 19:00).

18 Mar 2025, 19:13The courier guy, Chwama ***) send me a WhatsApp on arrival at my Estate gate. I couldn't take the call. When I called back he told me that they will deliver then they are in the area again. Today, 19th of March, he asked me "Are you at home?" I've send him the pin to get into the Estate. Till now (19:10) no courier. When I called him, he put the phone down in my ear.
