"Online only" shopping sucks!

Although I do a lot of shopping at Makro and also enjoy browsing their goodies, I feel that Makro is losing millions due to their "online only" services. Just think, an old man or lady that are not really clued up about purchasing online, they are not able to purchase the item in store. I myself like to look at what I'm buying but you can't due to the item not being in the store. I find it completely unfair to those that don't know about "online shopping"
