Online not professional

Bought an item via online, after they gave me tracking number tracked it only to find out that the address is not correct, I contacted the store and they said the parcel still at the store. But today when i callthey say the parcel already left to Bloemfontein while i gave them my correct address I need that parcel not later than Thursday. No one wants to yake responsibility even call the courier but still I don’t get help
