Online nightmare/poor customer service

Makro online shopping/customer service is a nightmare I bought a non stick iron cast pots on the 8th of jan 2025 and unfortunately I had to cancel due to stock unavailability but then till today I haven’t received my refund today marks 11 days , i have been calling customer service but they are giving me run around, this is my last purchase with then , then are unprofessional with poor customer service 😏it seems like they don’t wanna refund me
