Online mess

I ordered something online for Pick up at Makro Springfield all to find out they don't have it there I asked that a change it to another store for pick up they changed it to Amanzimtoti store that's where the nightmare got worse they have the worst online service people they never answer the phone. First of all they made a mistake changed my delivery from Pick up to delivery and I'm trying to correct them to let them know that they have the wrong address they haven't been picking up and the switchboard is so not interested in being helpful
