Online ****mers

Never ever buy from Makro online, its a ****. Have been waiting for my refund since August 2023 till now. Their call Centre agents are useless, their accounts department is non existent. Their level of professionalism is the pits. Processed payment for order, a day later product is not in stock, refunding my money is an issue. Being sent from pillar to post, have been submitting banking details with every agent that i talk to the call gets escalated but nothing happens.
