Online ****mers

We have been patiently waiting since 03 Feb 2026 for our online purchase to be delivered. Today is the 19th Feb and every time we contact the call centre we are given a different version of a lie.

I have been a loyal customer for many years but this will be the last time I support Makro. You can be sure that I will close all Makro accounts in due course.

Since the 3rd and we have no product and still out of pocket. The useless call center can't advise you of what exactly the problem is and makes empty promises to get a "manager" to contact you back.
