Online Makro - very bad service
I bought groceries at Makro online on 14 December 2024, they delivered some of the items. I have been following up with them since, I called them for countless times and my outstanding items are still not delivered, I went to the store (Germiston), and they said they will resolve the issue, their delivery services are very poor they delivered 3 parcels instead of 4. How’re we going to know if they parcel will come in 4 parcels, we signed form the parcel, but we only received 3 parcels instead of 4.
We spend December and January without food we bought and never received.
