Online Makro SA purchase Disaster ... don't!

********** online experience with Makro purchasing an Espresso machine which stopped working after 6 weeks. Was working great but contacted Makro to work out how to return for repair, which you can only do online and not take it in to a local store. Finally got a reply after a week to login into my profile and fill in return form on their website but their return website page cannot be found so not able to! Have reported this but NO response! DO NOT purchase online anything from MAKRO South Africa!
