Online Makro Nightmare

Makro failed to deliver my fridge, the couriers didn't even know about the order and didn't even have the order number, I canceled the order and now Makro PE said the will only process the refund once the fridge is back at their location, which means me as a customer are being penalized for the cancelation and this for a fridge that nobody knows about. Makro is a citcus 🎪 beware and don't enter this online nightmare

Makro now seemed to have no Idea where the fridge is that I ordered and It seems that I'm not getting a refund and that will seem that R7000 is ****** from me by Makro, can this be?? When I phone them to resolve the issue they put me on hold and never get back to me and one dropped the phone in my ear, WOW! this is Makro SA!!
