Online Makro is useless, and

I did an order, and which upon delivery realized, the item does not suit specifications of what I required. I the logged a return since an online purchase is returned through online return. I have since last week Thursday been calling everyday to not get any feedback, no calls nothing.

It is disappointing and I am very irritated as taking the money was simple, but getting back to me has been a mission, I have spoken tp Arminda, Neo Molejane Prudence and today Nkateko, who I stayed on the line for 22 minutes for my call to dropped with no assistance whatsoever.

I have a heavy heart knowing that the brand is so reputable is absolutely useless as customer service. I look forward to logging a call with the Ombudsman as to date this is by far the most annoying and unreliable service I have ever used
