Online Makro is not a good thing to do

Am so disappointed with makro online I have just ordered something and just after I received an email and SMS saying it was cancelled and refunded was approved which will take 7 -14. Why are we not refunded immediately.Peop needs to be aware of this Makro online so disappointed
