Online Makeover
I ordered microwave at Major and as I soon open I noticed that the door was not working properly and I call them and ask them the same day to pick up the microwave. They told me to log into the system and they said they would call me back and arrange for pick up. To this day nothing and when I call , they always say we are following up and this has been going on for more than two week now. I logged the return same day I received the microwave. Your online service sucks and please do better
