Online Luggage sets from Makro are of low quality

I bought HappyDeals 3 Piece Hard Shell Luggage Set - Black Cabin Suitcase 4 Wheels - 29 inch (Black) online and in my view the product sold to me was of low quality as 2 of the suitcases broke and the locker latch came off after one use. Makro refuses to repair the product on the basis that I had used the product. Was I not supposed to use the product, I'm confused? I cannot even write a review under the product to warn other customers because apparently I have not purchased the product, how when you've just refused to repair the product? You will not see me buy any luggage set from you ever again.
