Online is a disaster. Avoid.

I was supposed to receive my order (MAK**********) days ago but for whatever reason the courier sent it back to the Makro store. There's been no word on when I'm going to receive the order again, and the customer care agents just make vague, empty promises to 'escalate the matter to another department'—that dreaded phrase and sure sign of business incompetence.

From what I've seen, I'm not the only one having trouble with Makro online. Something is seriously amiss, and it's frankly a joke that they intend to introduce guaranteed same day delivery...HOW??? when this is how they operate with days to sort out orders.
