Online Finance *****

Makro CANNOT be trusted with online purchases. Please do NOT order online from Makro. Ordered and paid for an external hard drive online from Makro Woodmead for R3000. When it took longer than the 5 days indicated for delivery I went online to check the order progress only to see that the tracking system has the order down as delivered. The order was not delivered to me. Now I have to waste time holding the line with the horribly *********** support staff to found out *** happened, who signed for the parcel, when was the parcel supposedly delivered, as none of this information is available on the tracking system. It seems that someone is *****ing/lying at Makro or their suppliers and this is now the problem of the customer. Why do I have to gratuitously spend my time to hunt down the *****/**** being harbored by Makro. As it currently stands, Makro has ****** my money and not provided my purchase. 2 days now and still nothing. Have now spoken to Karabo, Bongani and Charmaine Bogopane and each says something different but still nothing. My money back or my purchase NOW please!
