Online Faulty Equipment and Unauthorized money deductions

I have bought A9 Camera, Charged and it does not switch on,

There is a manual that was found in the box, followed the instruction, my card detail were required and there was some money that went off my account, a week later another money went out on the same reference.

I went to the nearest Makro, was told they advertise for a third party online,

I really feel ****med as received an item that is not working, and my money goes off my account.

I had bought the items on Makro thinking its trusted and popular but was wrong as they gave me faulty item and got ****med my money.

I will have no choice but to use all the social media platforms and the customer complains boards to act on behalf of our societies that go through the same experience.
