Online experience needs to do better asap

They have the worst online service! . I ordered 2l Cooldrinks online for December but all the drinks they sent me expires in November! . In the same order I ordered appletizers and when I checked out I notice how the price changed one the payment was made. I immediately cancelled the appletizers and I’m still waiting on a refund ! . The cooldrinks I requested a return it was delivered and I’m still waiting for that refund as well . You guys are in such a rush to collect your things but take your own time to pay back customers money !! . This is the second time this happened to me . This happened to me last month as well when short expired dated appletizers were sent to me . Even the man that collected this months Cooldrinks said he was here last month as well for the appletizers . Do better man please . People rely on your online convenience but it’s turning into a big inconvenience
