ONLINE EXPERIENCE DISMAL
Placed an online order on Friday, received SMS Saturday that deliver will take place that day. Nothing arrived. Followed up with courier on the Monday to be told it is his day off. Followed up with Makro to be assured deliver will take place on Tuesday. Another courier guy then called me yesterday & I confirmed they can deliver. Nothing arrived. Called Makro this morning again & then received an email from Makro that the courier tried to call me & I was unavailable. This is a lie. MAKRO I would suggest you review your business relationship with WUMDrop. I tried to speak to a senior manager at Makro but they are all unavailable. KEEP UP THE GREAT CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Clear that the communications between Makro & WumDrop does not work...no wonder you cannot get your deliveries out on time. The left hand does not know what the right hand is doing!!
