I paid R600 for a robot mop and vacuum

Please take note of the decription-MOPPING FUNCTION AND VACUUM.

And what I received is this!!!!!!! What is it??

I HAVE BEEN CHARGING IT FOR 2 DAYS. Why is it not charging?? Maybe because the cord IS PULLING OUT

It is not turning on!!

Two little pieces of cloth that you have to tape to the machine WITH TAPE. No spares AND NO VACUUM FUNCTION!!!

We order from Makro because Makro is considered to sell quality products. Makro should really reconsider what they sell online. This is totally disgusting. Firstly, it is false advertising and then you get the cheapest Chinese ******* that even Temu can beat.

I will never buy from Makro again if this is the junk that they sell.
