Online disaster and lack of assistance.

I ordered a bicycle for my daughters birthday and they delivered a trampoline. I will have to wait 2-4 days to collect the incorrect item and 5-7days for a refund. I have received no assistance to escalate the mistake they made. I have to make my own plan to save this birthday disaster.
