No items delivered. Still awaiting refund from December 2021 Christmas order. Partial refund received, R818 of R3819, Refund of R3000 outstanding. Consulted Manager Donovan Rungasami instore, and another member of staff prior to this. Macro claims refund completed. ********** claim. Makro fails to respond to emails or complete full refund.

Complete failure, I will not use this service again. Makro staff and management pathetic in every respect.
