online delivery not collected by Makro

I have been receiving a very bad service from Makro for days now. I have placed an order that includes alcohol ( Online order #MAK***) and asked for delivery on Thursday the 28th as i was hosting. Delivery came and alcohol wasn't delivered. i emailed them to cancel which they never did nor responded my email. driver came on the 30th and i asked him to take the alcohol back but he refused. I requested a return online and collection date was the 2nd, till now no courier came to my house to collect. i have sent multiple emails and no one is responding. Can makro come pick up that 24 case that is stuck in my house as i dont need it anymore. Please
