Online Delivery is not in time at all!!!!

I never usually buy online but as it was black Friday I thought I'd buy a few things which I need. I bought my items on 29/11/2019. Ref MAK***. Which showed that I will get my items between 1-10 working days. After numerous attempts of following up, escalating and calling they still say they are waiting for the courier 10 days later?!?! I was under the impression they deliver themselves! Even my items from Cape Town has been delivered then they advertise that if you put in your order now you will get it by Xmas.... SUCH A LIE.... I use to be a very happy customer of Makro, but not anymore.... Won't make the same mistake again. Rather buy somewhere where you know youll get the stuff on time! Ironically I actually live not even 5 kms from one!!!!! Rediculous!
