ONLINE DELIVERY IS A JOKE! WE NOT CLOWNS

Online purchase made on the 28 October 2022 has still not been delivered. I have been receiving my order in stages but the items I really need is still not been received. I have called numerous times as well as sent numerous emails and all the consultants I have been speaking to is "escalating this matter" and will call me back which never happens the only time I hear back is when I call. I requested a refund because no one can give me clarity, and this has also been escalated! like all consultants are robots singing the same escalation song!
