Online delivery ***** and theft

Bought a printer online, store processed the order within a reasonable time, delivery option selected was the DSV Locker collection method. I received an SMS on Monday 4 May that the order was handed over to the courier. When I was checking the status of the order on Sunday 10 May - the order said it was complete and that the package was collected. I immediately phoned *** and spoke to Anele who told me they cannot check the order as the system was offline - as always with these queries. She would send a mail to the store for feedback. To date, no feedback on that avenue. Sent the query to *** on Monday 11 May 2020 - no feedback. Forwarded the mail to *** on 12 May 2020 - no feedback. I can only assume the courier stole my package so I need to report the case to the police for ***** and theft. Thanks, Makro for wasting my airtime, time and effort
