Online delivery disaster turned to an in-store purchase win!

Sending a big thank you to Sibusiso, the manager of Makro Struben's Valley, for making admirable reparations after an online purchase went wrong - my online microwave oven purchase failed to arrive, even after further attempts by the store to confirm delivery a second time. So, with no delivery success I was reimbursed AND had the cost of my initial purchase deducted from my in store purchase.
