Online delivery disaster
<p>I ordered a TENT from Makro online (MAK248177). Dawn Wings Couriers delivered this to the wrong address and then, after a number of telephone calls, delivered a LADDER (dropped off at neighbour across street) with the wrong name and address on this. </p> <p> </p> <p>Their staff is completely *********** not even conducting the most basic of checks on the goods they deliver.</p> <p> </p> <p> A simple exercise that cost me a huge amount of time (8 telephone calls) and frustration! </p>
