Online Delayed Order
I placed & paid my order on the 27th/11/2019 and till this day I haven't received it, no communication what so ever, I have to call their call center each day to make follow-ups. I had to cancel my trip going home because of these delays, what an inconvenience. The worst of all was when I called and asked if I could perhaps go to their DC and collect the items myself and was told it cannot be done, I have to wait for the courier. I'm so upset and disappointed. I'll never buy anything online ever again.
