Online Defy 600 mm oven and hob box set purchase

Bought Defy 600mm oven and hob box set online on the 26th March and delivered on the 01 April. Only to find out that the oven electricity component is faulty. Logged a request with Makro to collect and available date of available was the 08th April. Called the national call centre to inquire about the collection and they mention that maybe the courier will come through. I really needed this package but with the bad customer serviced, they just need to come and collect their Defy box set and refund me my money. I'm very disappointed as no one is communicating with me in this regard.
