Absolutely terrible online refund service. I have 5 pending refunds from October 23 right through to this year. I have made numerous lengthy calls to their call center to no avail. I keep getting asked for the same information each and every time. I have sent through bank statements, account numbers etc repeatedly. The money they owe me now amounts to over R18000, honestly MAKRO DO BETTER!!!! Does anyone know where their head office is as I now feel I need to go there personally and get my money back.
