Online cancelled Bcs it was out of stock all of a sudden.

I bought sparkling wine online online and I paid for 2 orders and the email said I can collect the next however I collected the day after which was still ok. When I got to the collection site I was told that they were not ready and the guy went to go talk to the manager about my order and whe he returned he tells me that they are out of stock and there is nothing they can do to assist me. I was told it will be cancelled and I will get my refund. I got an email immediately that it has been cancelled and my refund will be done in 2 to 10 days which is unacceptable Bcs I paid immediately Makro did have to wait that long for my payment. I am very upse and will not be buying or encouraging anyone to buy online Bcs I wasted my time and petrol to go collect something that was not there.
