Online ****

I bought something online on Thursday and the delivery was supposed to be made on Saturday. I didn't get my delivery as expected and I thought maybe it's because of weekend. Come Monday no communication actual absolutely nothing. And I took it upon myself and called them around 9am and I was told they revert back to me within 24hours, and the 24 hours lapses without respond.

I called them again jaround 13:30 and I was told what I was told on Monday, when I requested to speak to the senior/supervisors I was told that it's impossible for me to speak to them. I then asked for a call reference no which was given but the consultant refused to give me her full details.
